We regularly go out into the community with visits to the local library and heritage centre, or to the banks and shops in the town.

Eating out is a firm favourite, as is bowling, cinema, shopping trips, swimming or visiting a sports centre to join the activities on Disability Days, which are held regularly in Rushden.

We visit a different pub or restaurant every Friday for lunch; this seems to be everyone’s firm favourite! There are plenty of excellent local places offering good food at reasonable prices.

Our clients enjoy getting out and about!

During the summer, we often go out for a walk and a lunchtime picnic in a country park.
